Identity created for Urban Living, a modern residential development merging dynamic urban energy with contemporary architecture. Inspired by New York, the visual identity blends urban vibrancy with industrial sophistication. The logo reflects the history of "Batel," the neighborhood where the development is located, featuring a boat symbolizing its rich heritage.
The name "Batel" honors tailor Torquato Paulino, who built a small boat to sell food during the Espírito Santo festivities in São José dos Pinhais. This emblem connects to the neighborhood's essence and Urban Living's vibrant character. The color palette, logo, and brand assets capture this fusion, reinforcing the project's modernity and authenticity.
